Have you been in struggle with a consistent exercise regimen and a healthy nutrition program? Are you thinking "Where do I begin? How do I start making fitness a lifestyle?"
As the new year approaches, let's begin organizing the thoughts that fill your mind and begin establishing a game plan to achieving your goals. Take inventory of all areas of your life!
- What are your fitness goals for 2009? Short term (6-8weeks) and Long term (12-20 weeks)
- What is your realistic exercise frequency and duration for each week?
- How will you improve your nutrition to complement your fitness goals?
- How will you implement adequate rest that increases your energy and improves how your body feels physically and mentally?
- What do you need and desire to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to feel successful and fulfilled in all areas of your life?
This year, let's make it a priority to take care of ourselves, making fitness a lifestyle, improving and increasing the health of our body, our mind, and our soul!
